We only bake certain items every week because the food is so perishable and there are so many rules regarding the ingredients.  For instance the bananas have to be ripe with brown spots, the nut yogurt takes 36 hours to make, the applesauce & strawberry jam have to be made from scratch, the squash and pumpkin have to be cooked and pureed, etc.  There are no shortcuts.  We also bake to order so the food is fresh not frozen so if you want to freeze it you can.

The organic shortening is made by Spectrum Organics.  It is Palm Fruit Oil from the spineless palm tree.  The fruit of the palm is separated from the kernel or pit then the fruit is expeller pressed.  It is 100% pure fat, just like they make olive oil by pressing the olives except they do it with Palm Fruit.  It is trans fat & cholesterol free.  You can check it out at www.spectrumorganics.com.  My son & nephews cannot have dairy and are sensitive to coconut oil so we had to find an alternative.

Orders normally ship on Wednesdays via the US Post Office Priority Mail and take 2 – 3 days to arrive.  You should receive an email confirmation with tracking info. when your order ships.  However during Holidays, i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day etc.  the ship date might change so when you place your order you should always look on the home page, where it will be listed i.e. "Orders due by Sunday October 31st for shipment on Thursday November 4th".

Yes all items can be frozen as long as you use freezer grade containers or bags.  Baked goods will last 3-5mos. in the freezer.
